sometimes we must make your order , this can last in some cases 6 weeks...however, after your order, we immediately
inform you about this. ...Our ceramic is up to really handmade. So every object also develops its independent
existence when heated, steered by fire, salt, the weather also is a decisive factor in this process. As a result
the surface structures are never same. But this is definitely what makes our craft special and different: every
item you by is 'unique' .

General
The following conditions apply to our
deliveries and services. General or divergent terms and conditions of the buyer are excluded, unless we have
appreciated her in writing before.
Supply
A written order is a firm
order.
Orders
The order must be in writing carried
out in the form of e-mail, fax or letter. The least order value is 25 € without postage costs. Orders under
the minimum order value will be charged an extra 5 €.
Prices
The price list applies to internet
orders on the day of the order. Prices include the legal value added tax plus the packing-and transportation costs.
We don't assume any liability for possible price mistakes or misprints.
Method of payment
We deliver the products on invoice.
First deliveries only against cash in advance. The products delivered remains our property until the complete
payment.
Transportation costs
The transportation costs vary
according to the rates of the French Post Office. The most favorable rates are always chosen preferably - we keep
you informed about.
Transport guarantee
We engage ourself to pack the ordered
products with sufficient protection. Our responsibility doesn't contain possible damages which arise from
carelessness of the enterprise French Post Office. Insurance against damages in transit is only carried out on
special request and at the expense of the customer. Discounts on account of damages in transit can't be
granted.

Returns and justifiable
complaints
If you shouldn't be satisfied with
the item you can send it back within ten days and we'll refund you the products value, if the item has not been
